Under Florida law, a cottage bakery is an individual that operates outside of regulation from the health code by serving specific non-perishable food items that are pre-packaged for sale to be sold in person, at events, or online. Right now you can find us at the Boca Green Market every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month starting September 27th, 2026 and running until May 2nd, 2027. We also have several other applications out to other Green Markets in Palm Beach County and plan on exploring a regular pop up spot for people to pick up orders.

For those who are not in the upper Midwest or have not heard the call of the Common Loon before, this name might seem like nonsense.

The Wolf Bird is just another name for Minnesota's state bird, the Common Loon given its shrill call that can sound like a wolf's howl at points.

I am very proud to be from Minnesota and paying homage to one of my favorite symbols of the state just felt right.
